The two things to remember when making calls on-campus are:

Destination	How to Dial
On-campus	4-digit extension
Off-campus (local)	8 + 10-digit phone number
Long distance	Students: 8 + calling card phone number Faculty/Staff: 8 + 1 + 10-digit phone number + long distance code
International	Students: 8 + calling card phone number Faculty/Staff: 8 + 011 + International code + phone number + long distance code
